Immutable

This one is my dedication to Tool, who have had an enormous impact on my playing and on how I hear music at all.

I’ve done Tool covers before. A few years back I set myself a harder problem: write music in that language without it being a cover. What followed was hours of mathematical brain-breaking, enough weed to put a horse in a coma, and a great deal of studio perfectionism.

I’m happy with it. I do wish I’d produced it better. Still — these tracks are hella prog and hella complicated, and I stand by them.
